This session is thoughtfully designed to support the changing body during pregnancy in a safe, comfortable side-lying position. Using supportive bolstering and gentle, intentional techniques, we focus on relieving common areas of tension such as the low back, hips, shoulders, and legs. Each session is customized to how you’re feeling that day—whether you’re experiencing aches from a growing belly, fatigue, or simply need time to rest and reconnect with your body. The side-lying position allows for deeper comfort without pressure on the abdomen, creating a space where both you and baby can fully relax. Slow, soothing movements help calm the nervous system, reduce swelling, and ease muscular discomfort. This is a space to be held, supported, and cared for as your body does something incredible.
